It is built by Jesse, a Registered Psychotherapist. ## Current Clinical Tools Reframe's clinical tools use text input rather than session recording. Client text is processed for the request and not retained by Reframe afterward. It is separate from practice-visibility services and the services Monthly Tune-Up. ## Current Practice-Visibility Services The service path starts with the [free Practice Checkup](https://reframepractice.com/assessment). It takes about five minutes to start and reviews available evidence across Psychology Today, Google Business Profile, website copy and conversion, directories, and AI visibility. A Checkup can produce a useful report without recommending a paid tier. It labels checks it could not complete and does not claim to prove why inquiries or referrals changed. Limited, ambiguous, or group-practice scopes are routed to written review rather than a preselected purchase. See the [services overview](https://reframepractice.com/services). ### The Practice Visibility Setup: The Essentials - $497 one-time. - Finished, practice-specific copy for the visibility surfaces supported by the Checkup. - Work is checked against the relevant platform limits and rules. - The therapist reviews, pastes, and publishes the work. ### The Practice Visibility Setup: The Complete Setup - $797 one-time. - Everything in The Essentials. - Deeper competitor-specific research. - A practice-specific order of operations. - Jesse's written review after the profiles are live. ### Optional Monthly Tune-Up - $99 per month. - Offered only after a Practice Visibility Setup, when available. - Includes a plain-language monthly readout, one fresh Google post or relevant profile refresh, and re-checks across the practice surfaces. - Cancel anytime and keep the work. - There is no annual Monthly Tune-Up offer. ### Website Boundary Reframe does not build, design, host, manage, or publish websites. Website copy can be included in a Practice Visibility Setup when the Checkup supports it. The therapist or their chosen website provider publishes that copy on the platform they control. The current services are limited to the free Practice Checkup, the two Practice Visibility Setup tiers, and the optional post-Setup Monthly Tune-Up. Reframe does not offer standalone profile, branding, search-retainer, website-build, or website-hosting packages. ### Account and Source-Material Boundary Reframe writes paste-ready copy, field recommendations, and setup guidance. It does not log in to, change, publish, or manage a therapist's Google Business Profile, Psychology Today account, directories, or website. Voice matching uses practice details and writing samples the therapist chooses to provide, the therapist's current public profile and website, and focused follow-up answers when something is unclear. Reframe does not ask for client intake emails, therapy-session material, or other client information for marketing copy. ### Group-Practice Boundary The standard Setup is for solo therapists and solo-feeling practices: one practice, one primary clinician profile, and the visibility surfaces included in that Setup. Practices with multiple clinicians, locations, specialties, or profiles should request a written fit review before purchasing. A call is not required. ### Support and Guarantee Questions, corrections, fit reviews, and refund requests can be handled in writing. A call may be offered when useful but is never required. If any part of a Setup feels generic, misses how the therapist works, or is not something they would feel comfortable publishing, they can email within 30 days. Jesse will rewrite it. If the corrected version is still not usable for the practice, Reframe will refund the Setup in full. The guarantee covers the delivered Setup, not changes in rankings, inquiries, or client volume. ## Founder Reframe was built by Jesse, a Registered Psychotherapist. The clinical tools grew from the time required to personalize worksheets and documentation responsibly.
