Done for you, live in 30 days
I build your website, Psychology Today profile, eligible Google listing and referral introductions, in your words. Live in 30 days. The Written Number: how many new inquiries we're aiming for by day 90, in writing before you pay, and I keep working for free until we hit it. The 90 days start when your site goes live.

One conversation for the copy. You review and approve. I handle the build.
Who this is for
You're the clinician, the owner, and the marketing department, and the third job is the one you never trained for.
You've heard yourself say some version of it. “I know nothing about SEO, and I don't care to know anything about SEO. I just want people who Google me to find me.” Or: “It's getting views, but it's not getting referrals.” Or the shortest one: “I just want to have clients.”
This is for you if you're taking new clients, you can get back to an inquiry within a business day, and you want this decision made on the searches in your city instead of another guess. Some practices come to me at two clients a week. Some are mostly full on word of mouth and want the right two new inquiries a month to replace the clients who finish. Both get a number, and the number is different.
It's not for you if your caseload is full, or if the spend would come out of savings. I ask two short questions about your practice and fees before anything goes live, because I decline practices this isn't right for before any money moves.
Run a small counseling practice with an associate's or supervisee's chair to fill? The Associate Build is written for you, further down.
What you won't get from me
The Practice Build
Rework the website, tweak the Psychology Today profile, try a new niche, still crickets. Most of this work fails because the pieces get fixed one at a time, by different people, with nobody counting. Here they're built together, in your words, and the counting is part of the build.
Not included: paid ads management, ongoing blog programs, insurance credentialing, EHR setup, logo design, or more than seven pages. If you need one of those, I'll say so and point you to who does it well.
01
Five to seven pages, written in your words from a 45-minute conversation with you. Home, about, two or three pages for the work you actually want more of, a location or telehealth page, and a contact page that sends inquiries straight to you. Your domain, your copy, yours to keep.
02
The way I do it for every client: coverage first (the locations, panels, and specialties you are set up to be found for), then the copy, starting from the words you already use for your specialty.
03
Built or fixed if your practice is eligible. Google chooses the verification method and controls placement. If you are telehealth only, this piece comes out of the plan and the work runs through Psychology Today, your site, and the directories instead.
04
I research the people in your area who already send clients to therapists like you, and I write the introductions. You send them from your own address, one at a time, after you approve each one.
05
Every call, form submission, and Psychology Today contact is counted, with where it came from. It is how the number gets measured, and it is how you see what is working without asking me.
How it works
The check on your market comes first, and everything after it is built on what the check finds. The price is said out loud on the call and written down the same day, next to the number it has to hit.
01
Free, about five minutes
See what Reframe could verify, what it could not check, and what to review first. It reviews your public surfaces only: Psychology Today, Google, your website, directories. Nothing about your clients. The report lands in your inbox.
02
A short working call
I'll have gone through your practice before we talk. You leave with the three things I'd fix whether or not you hire me, one recommendation with a fixed price, and the number of new inquiries the searches in your city can support. Said out loud on the call, in writing the same day. No menu.
03
I do the work, you approve every piece
Kickoff and the copy interview in week one, with baseline inquiries and your intake path checked before changes. Your site draft is targeted for day seven; you have ten business days to review each piece. Approved profile or intake fixes can go live sooner. We aim for site-live by day 21, with tracking checked at launch and again by day 25, then a handoff by day 30. Google verification timing is outside our control. If a week gets away from you, tell me and we pause the clock.
04
The Written Number
The 90 days start the day your site goes live. Every new inquiry gets logged by where it came from, and you get the tally in writing at day 45 and day 90. If we are not there at day 90, I keep working at no charge until we are. Not a refund. More work, on my time, until the number is hit.
Three conditions, all in your control: you grant access in the first week, you approve each piece within ten business days of getting it, and you answer new inquiries within a business day. They're written down next to the number before you pay. By Jesse, Registered Psychotherapist.
A real checkup
This is the free Practice Checkup for a sample practice. The Practice Checkup reviews available public evidence, shows the clearest visible gaps it can verify, and labels checks it could not complete. It cannot prove why inquiry volume changed or guarantee which fix will work.

During an earlier hands-on engagement, one solo practice reported going from 2 weekly clients to about 6.5 weekly-equivalent clients over five weeks.
“Implementing your strategies is having a significant impact on a very short timeline.”
That's one practice, client-reported, and he'd be the first to point out the sample size. So am I. This earlier engagement is not a forecast for your practice. We agree on a countable inquiry target before starting and track what happens after the work goes live.
“I'm so glad I found Jesse and Reframe Practice. He was thoughtful and detail-oriented throughout the entire process and made complex tasks feel easy with clear instructions and a no-pressure attitude. Highly recommended to any therapist looking to up their online game.”

What it costs
The Practice Build is $1,497, paid once, or three monthly payments of $549. It is live in 30 days and comes with the Written Number: before you pay, I write down how many new inquiries we are aiming for in 90 days, and if we are not there I keep working free until we are. After the build, Practice Partner keeps it running at $199 a month: hosting and upkeep, Psychology Today and Google updates, a monthly inquiry report, and a 30-minute working session with me each month. Month to month after the first three.
In Canada, that's about $2,000 CAD. Not every practice gets this offer. If the searches in your city can't support a number worth paying for, I'll say so on the call and point you at something smaller instead. I'd rather turn you away than write down a number I can't back.
Practice Partner
Websites, profiles, and listings drift when nobody is watching them. A panel you leave, a new office, a fee change, a form that quietly stops sending. This is me watching them, and a half hour with you every month to keep moving.
It starts the day your site goes live and runs for three months to start, then month to month with 30 days notice. Twelve months up front gets two free. Your domain, your copy, and your images are yours throughout, your Psychology Today profile and Google listing stay in your accounts, and if you ever stop, I export the site to you. I say the monthly number on the call, after we've agreed on the build, and you have it in writing the same day.
The Associate Build
For small counseling practices with an associate or supervisee who isn't full yet. The Associate Build is the Practice Build for the whole practice, plus a page and Psychology Today profile set for each clinician, eligible Google practitioner listings, and introductions to the people who refer in their niche. The Written Number is written per associate, in inquiries, so you can see each chair filling. Associate Partner keeps it all running after launch, with the monthly report broken out per associate.
For a practice with an associate's chair to fill, the Associate Build is $2,995 and adds a page and profile set for each clinician, with the Written Number per associate. Associate Partner is $399 a month. In Canada, $4,050 CAD. Email me a short paragraph about your practice first: number of clinicians, locations, and which chairs need filling. I'll reply in writing with whether the scope fits. This sits on top of whoever already handles your marketing, not in competition with them.
Before you start
Open the answer you need. The Checkup itself is free, and a call is optional.
The Practice Checkup reviews available public evidence, shows the clearest visible gaps it can verify, and labels checks it could not complete. It cannot prove why inquiry volume changed or guarantee which fix will work. It takes about five minutes to start, and the full report lands in your inbox. A call is optional. What it doesn't do is pull the search numbers for your market. Those come on the call.
One path. The free Checkup shows where the people searching in your city end up instead of you. Then 15 minutes on a call, where you get one recommendation and one price. For most solo practices that is The Practice Build: I build the website, the Psychology Today profile, the Google listing, and the referral introductions, live in 30 days, with the number of new inquiries we're aiming for written down before you pay. Practice Partner keeps it alive after that. There's no menu of packages behind it.
The Practice Checkup and the call are free. The Practice Build is $1,497, paid once, or three monthly payments of $549. It is live in 30 days and comes with the Written Number: before you pay, I write down how many new inquiries we are aiming for in 90 days, and if we are not there I keep working free until we are. Month to month after the first three. In Canada, that is about $2,000 CAD. You hear the number on the call and get it in writing the same day, so nothing is decided on the spot. Group and supervising owners: see the question on group practices below.
Then I don't offer the Build. I tell you on the call, you keep the findings from your Checkup, and I point you at something smaller instead. That answer costs me the larger project, which is exactly why the check on your market comes before anything goes live.
About two hours across the 30 days. A 45-minute copy interview in week one, a read of your site draft within three business days of getting it, and approving each piece as it arrives. After launch, Practice Partner is one 30-minute session a month, on whatever is most useful to you that month. I do the rest.
Your current profile text and the words you use for your specialty are the starting material. I use the practice details and writing samples you choose to provide, plus your public profile and website, and the 45-minute copy interview. I never ask for client intake emails, session material, or anything else about your clients.
Only with access you grant. On a build, you add me as a helper on your Google listing and your site through each platform's own share or invite flow, and I do the implementation. I never ask for or store passwords. You approve every piece before it goes live. If you would rather paste the copy in yourself, that works too. No video or camera is ever required from you.
Three things, all in writing before you pay. In the first week, grant access and sit down for the 45-minute copy interview. Approve each piece within ten business days of getting it. Answer new inquiries within a business day, because the last step is yours. You never have to touch the technical side.
In writing and on the call, on your time. The Checkup takes about five minutes and the call is 15 minutes. The build goes live in 30 days, the 90 days start the day your site is live, and you get the tally in writing at day 45 and day 90. After that, we talk for 30 minutes a month. Written help always works too.
Yes. All copy work runs through your board's rules (APA, BBS, CRPO, NASW, state boards, Nurse Practice Act, FTC 16 CFR Part 255). I will not draft testimonial language. I will not write outcome claims that would put you in front of a board complaint. Drafts that hit the edge get flagged for you to decide.
Yes. If your practice is telehealth only, the Google listing comes out of the plan, the work runs through Psychology Today, your website, and directories, and the number moves with it. The searches we count are your whole licensed area, not one city. You will not be told to fake an office, and there is no video verification.
I run Reframe Practice, and I'm a Registered Psychotherapist. The copy reads like a therapist wrote it because one did, and every piece runs through your licensing board's advertising rules. Past that, the model is different: an agency sells effort on a retainer. I check whether the demand exists in your market before you spend real money, write down the number the work has to hit, and build the whole thing in 30 days. Practice Partner after that is hosting, updates, a monthly report, and half an hour with me a month, not a retainer for effort. When the numbers don't support building, I say so.
After the build, yes, and most practices keep it. Practice Partner is how the work stays alive: hosting and upkeep of everything built, Psychology Today and Google updates as your practice changes, a short monthly inquiry report, and a 30-minute working session with me each month. Three months to start, then month to month. Twelve months up front gets two free. The domain, the copy, and the listings are in your name from day one, and if you ever stop, I export the site to you.
For a practice with an associate's chair to fill, the Associate Build is $2,995 and adds a page and profile set for each clinician, with the Written Number per associate. Associate Partner is $399 a month. Email me a short paragraph about your practice first: number of clinicians, locations, and which chairs need filling. I'll reply in writing with whether the scope fits and what the work would cover.
Yes, as part of the Build. A 5 to 7 page site on your own domain, written in your words, on a stack I can keep fast and current. Practice Partnerhosts and maintains it after launch. If you already have a site you like, the new pages go on your existing platform instead, and you approve them before they're published. You can still see a recent completed therapist website build.
See who the people searching in your city find instead of you. Decide about the Build on the call, after you've read your report. Free, about five minutes, and written help always works too.
