Find out if the clients you want are actually searching in your market
Before you spend real money with me or anyone. Real search numbers for your market, what your current profiles and pages miss, and a written recommendation of what to build. Or an honest “don't build anything yet.”
For therapists in private practice taking new clients. $495, credited in full if we go ahead.
Reframe Practice. By Jesse, Registered Psychotherapist.
Practice Demand Map
Trauma therapy, statewide telehealth
The answer, page one
Build. The numbers support it.
Some Maps come back "don’t build anything yet." That answer goes here, on page one.
What this market typed into Google
- “trauma therapist near me”
- 1,900searches a month
- “emdr therapist + your state”
- 700searches a month
- “emdr intensive”
- 200rising over the year
Five findings the current profiles miss
1. The website never names the niche this market actually searches for.
Plus four more, each with the fix.
Illustrative sample with rounded numbers, not a real market. Your Map is built from sourced Google search data for your niche and location.
What your Map comes back with
Rework the website, tweak the Psychology Today profile, try a new niche, still crickets. Nobody ever checked whether the people you want to reach are actually searching for what you do.
Your Map answers that with data, in plain English:
Real search numbers for your market.
What people in your area, or your state if you’re telehealth, actually typed into Google over the last year, and how many. And whether the niche you’re leaning toward is real demand or a trend. The numbers come from Google’s own search data, and the Map is clear about which findings are measured and which are my judgment.
At least five specific findings your current profiles and pages miss.
Website, Psychology Today profile, Google Business Profile. A profile can be getting views and still not getting referrals. The Map shows why.
A written recommendation.
What I’d build to reach that demand, in what order, or an honest "don’t build anything yet." If the numbers aren’t there, I say so on page one.
Fair questions
"I can get a free SEO audit anywhere."
You can. Most are a sales pitch with a checklist attached, and even a good one only tells you what’s broken on what you already have. Not whether the demand exists at all, in numbers, for your niche, in your market. That’s what decides whether any fix is worth paying for, and it’s what I’d stake a guarantee on.
"You make money if you say I need more. Why would I trust the recommendation?"
Because some Maps come back "don’t build anything yet," and I’d rather say that up front than sell you work the numbers don’t support. The $495 is credited in full if we go ahead, so the Map isn’t how I make my money. If I recommend building nothing, you keep a written plan for what to do yourself. If I recommend building, I have to deliver against those numbers afterward.
"Will this actually get me clients?"
I can’t guarantee clients. Your fee, your niche, and how fast you answer inquiries are yours. What I can guarantee is the number the demand data says is reachable, and if your Map recommends building, it names that number. To date, 3 of my clients have traced new clients directly to this work. Most of what I sold before this model didn’t get measured, which is exactly why the guarantee now has a number in it.
The guarantee, in plain words
Every Map has to contain three things: sourced search numbers for your market, at least five specific findings your profiles and pages miss, and a written recommendation to build or not. If yours arrives without all three, tell me and I'll refund the full $495. No call required. I can't promise you'll like the answer, but you will get one.
What this work has done
After I rebuilt Martin's Psychology Today profile and Google Business Profile around what his market actually searches, his specialty practice went from 2 weekly clients to about 6.5 weekly-equivalent clients in five weeks.
2
Weekly clients before the rebuild.
about 6.5
Weekly-equivalent clients, five weeks later.
“Implementing your strategies is having a significant impact on a very short timeline.”
That's one practice, client-reported, and he'd be the first to point out the sample size. So am I.
“I'm so glad I found Jesse and Reframe Practice. He was thoughtful and detail-oriented throughout the entire process and made complex tasks feel easy with clear instructions and a no-pressure attitude. Highly recommended to any therapist looking to up their online game.”

Who this is for
This works when you're taking new clients, can get back to inquiries within a business day, and want this decision made on numbers instead of another guess. Before you pay, I ask two short questions about your practice and fees. I ask because I decline practices this isn't right for, before any money moves.
It's not for you if your caseload is full, if the spend would come out of savings, or if you want someone to promise you clients. I only take on work where the numbers support it.
Running a group practice? Same first step, but email me before you pay so I can scope it for more than one clinician.
How it works
Pay the $495, answer a short intake about your practice, your niche, and where you want clients from. Your Map arrives in writing in 3 to 5 business days. Read it on your own time. One question from me at delivery: did it show you anything you didn't already have?
If the recommendation is to build, it's a one time project with a fixed price, scoped in writing before you decide anything. No retainer, no monthly fee. I do the implementation, you approve everything before it goes live, and you never have to touch the technical side. The $495 comes off that price if we start within 60 days. If it's “don't build anything yet,” you keep the plan and run it yourself.
Not sure the Map fits your practice? Email me the question first: jesse@reframepractice.com.
