What does the free Practice Checkup actually show me?
A clear read on your Psychology Today profile, Google presence, website, and AI search visibility, scored surface by surface. You see what is working, what is leaking inquiries, and what to fix first. It takes about 5 minutes to start and the full report lands in your inbox. No call required.
What exactly do I get in The Practice Visibility Setup?
A deep visibility audit, every Psychology Today field written for you with character counts verified against the real editor limits, your Google Business Profile pack, website page drafts in your voice, a directory tracker with every field pre-drafted, and a snapshot plus an automated 30-day re-check. Everything is checked against each platform’s real rules before you see it.
How much does it cost?
The Essentials is $497 one-time. The Complete Setup is $797 one-time and adds deeper competitor-specific research, a practice-specific order of operations, and Jesse’s written review after your profiles are live. Both are one-time purchases. The optional Monthly Tune-Up may be offered after your Setup when available at $99 per month; it is separate from the Setup, cancel anytime, and has no annual plan.
What is my part of the work?
For both options, about an hour of pasting: open each platform, copy the piece written for you, paste it in. You always do the pasting yourself, in your own voice. With The Complete Setup, I also research your market more deeply, write a strategy specific to your practice, and review your profiles after they are live, then send you a written review of what changed and why.
How do we actually work together?
The Setup uses your practice details to draft each piece, and you approve every word before anything goes live. Nothing logs into or manages your accounts. The Complete Setup’s research, order of operations, and post-live review arrive in writing. Questions, corrections, and refund requests can be handled in writing. A call may be offered when useful, but it is never required.
Is there a guarantee?
Your Setup should sound like you and be ready to use. If any part feels generic, misses how you work, or is not something you would feel comfortable publishing, email me within 30 days and tell me what feels off. I'll rewrite it. If the new version still is not usable for your practice, I'll refund you in full. No call required. This covers the Setup itself, not changes in rankings, inquiries, or client volume.
How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?
I am Jesse, a Registered Psychotherapist. The copy reads like a therapist wrote it because one did. Every piece runs through your licensing board’s advertising rules, the scope is one-time instead of a retainer, and you own everything: the copy, the listings, the plan.
I am telehealth only. Does this still fit?
Yes. If your practice should not have a public Google listing, the Setup says so plainly and routes the work to the surfaces that matter for you: Psychology Today, your website, and directories. You will not be told to fake an office.
Do you draft within my licensing board’s advertising rules?
Yes. All copy runs through your board’s rules (CRPO, APA, NASW, BBS, state boards, FTC 16 CFR Part 255). I will not draft testimonial language. I will not write outcome claims that would put you in front of a board complaint. Drafts that hit the edge get flagged for you to decide.
Do you work with group practices?
The standard Setup is written for solo therapists and solo-feeling practices. If your practice has multiple clinicians, locations, specialties, or profiles, send a written fit request first so the scope can reflect the actual practice. Email jesse@reframepractice.com; no call is required.
Do you build or manage websites?
Reframe does not build, host, or manage websites right now. Website copy can be included in a Setup when it is one of the surfaces that needs attention; you publish it on your existing platform.
