Get your associates found, not just you.
If you're busy and your associates aren't, I work on how each of them shows up where clients search: their page on your site, their Psychology Today profile and eligible Google listings. Before we start, I write down a number of new inquiries for each clinician you want busier. It's a monthly program, priced per clinician.

What I do for each clinician

Your first clinician's rewritten Psychology Today profile is live within 7 days of kickoff, after you approve it.

Who it's for
Three to six clinicians.
It fits a practice with 3 to 6 clinicians, two or more of them with open spots, and a site you want to keep. If only one clinician needs filling, the Practice Build is the better fit, and I'll tell you so. With more than six clinicians the work needs a different shape, and I'd scope it with you in writing first.
What I do for the practice
Every month, one improvement and a written report.
Each month I make one improvement across the practice and send a short written report: inquiries per clinician, where they came from, what changed, and what I'm doing next. No standing calls. You approve every page and profile before it goes live.

Once a month, with your permission, I send one test message, clearly marked as a test, through the contact form or email on each clinician's page and time the reply. Test messages never count as inquiries. You'll see the reply times in the report, so a slow reply shows up before it costs you real inquiries.
I don't run ads. If you run them, I count those inquiries separately so you can see what each source brings.
The Written Number, per clinician
A number for each clinician, in writing.
The Written Number is the number of new inquiries we agree on for each clinician with open spots, counted over the 90 days after that clinician's page and Psychology Today profile go live. We set each number at kickoff from that clinician's last three months of inquiries, counted in your own records, and if you don't like the numbers, you get a full refund before any work starts.
If a clinician is too new to have three months of records, I'll say so, and we either set their number after a 30-day baseline or they stay in the program without one.
If a clinician's number is not reached, I stop charging for that clinician and keep working, for up to 90 more days, and a stopped fee comes off your bill even if that takes it under the monthly minimum. If we still have not reached it, you can leave with nothing more owed. It is never a refund after work starts, and the conditions are in writing before you pay.
The conditions
- Each clinician's Psychology Today profile stays published and shows open spots.
- Their page stays live.
- Inquiries are answered within one business day.
- The clinician stays with the practice.
- If you start or change paid ads for a clinician, we re-agree their number in writing first.
If one of these slips, that clinician's 90 days pause until it's back.
What it costs
The price, in writing.
The Associate Program is $250 USD a month for each clinician in the program, with a practice minimum of $750 USD a month. The first term is your first three monthly payments; after that it's month to month with 30 days' notice. There is no setup fee. For Canadian practices it is $340 CAD a month for each clinician, with a $1,020 CAD monthly minimum.
For four clinicians, that's $1,000 USD a month, or $1,360 CAD for a Canadian practice.
It's monthly, but you're not paying for hours: each clinician with open spots has a number in writing, and if it's missed, I stop charging for that clinician.
I do this work myself, so I take on a few new practices a month.
If it's a fit, you get the terms in writing after the call, before you pay anything.
Not included
What I don't do.
I don't run ads, post on social media or write blog content. I don't answer inquiries or run your intake, and I never contact your clients, former clients or anyone who has inquired. I don't build practice websites in this program: if you don't have a working site yet, we start with the Practice Build. And there are no standing calls; the report does that job.
Questions
What owners ask before they book.
What if one of my clinicians is already full?
Only clinicians with open spots get a number. A full clinician can stay in the program at the same rate to keep their page and profile current, or you can leave them out; the practice minimum of $750 USD a month still applies.
What happens when someone leaves or joins?
An added clinician joins at the same per-clinician rate, starts their own first three monthly payments and gets a number the same way everyone else does. If a clinician leaves, their number no longer applies, and someone new can take their place. Each place can change hands once every six months.
Do you run Google Ads?
No. If you run them, I count those inquiries in their own row, so paid inquiries never move a clinician's number and you can see what each source brings.
How do you count inquiries?
From the tracking I set up and the Psychology Today dashboard. An inquiry counts for a clinician when it names them or comes through their page, profile or listing. You remove duplicates in your own intake records and send me totals only. When someone new books, you tell me where they found you; nothing else about them ever reaches me.
What do you need from us?
At kickoff: each clinician's inquiry totals for the last three months (counts only, no names), delegated access to your site and listings (never passwords), and your approval on each page and profile before it's published. After that, inquiries answered within one business day.
What if we miss a number?
If a clinician's number is not reached, I stop charging for that clinician and keep working, for up to 90 more days, and a stopped fee comes off your bill even if that takes it under the monthly minimum. Can we cancel?
After the first three monthly payments, yes, with 30 days' notice. Each clinician's 90 days start when their page and Psychology Today profile go live, normally within 30 days of kickoff, so the check usually falls in month four. If you end the program before a clinician's 90 days finish, that clinician's number no longer applies. Everything built on your site and listings stays yours.
Do you work with Canadian practices?
Yes. The price is $340 CAD a month for each clinician, with a $1,020 CAD monthly minimum, and your quote is in CAD.
