Built by a Therapist.For Therapists.
Reframe was created by someone who still sees clients, not someone who read about therapy in a market research report.
Reframe Practice is a tool for licensed therapists, not a therapy clinic or counseling service.
Tools for the work. Help getting clients.
In-Session Tools
AI-powered worksheet generator that uses your client's actual language and metaphors. Personalized interventions in 30 seconds instead of hours. Nothing leaves the room. HIPAA-compliant.
Practice Growth
Better Psychology Today profiles, branding, and websites designed specifically for therapists. Services that help the right clients find you without making you feel like a salesperson.
Both sides of the same mission: give therapists better tools so you can focus on what matters.
Why "Built by a Therapist" matters
I'm a Registered Psychotherapist. I still see clients. I know the scramble before back-to-back sessions, the documentation pile-up at the end of the day, and the mental load of managing a full caseload while trying to have a life outside of work.
Most therapy software is built by tech people who interviewed some therapists. There's a difference.
When I couldn't find worksheets that actually fit my clients, I started building my own. Everything on TherapistAid felt generic, like forcing their experience into someone else's framework. That became Reframe.
Registered Psychotherapist
Licensed & practicing
- Private practice owner
- Still sees clients weekly
- Built this to solve own problem
The clinical tools understand how therapists actually work because I built them while doing the work.
More time with clients. Less time on paperwork.
Not "disrupt mental health." Not "scale therapy with AI." Just better tools so you can spend your energy on the people sitting across from you.
What Reframe is not
We're not trying to automate therapy.
AI enhances your clinical judgment. It doesn't replace it.
We're not a faceless tech company.
I'm a practicing therapist. You're not submitting a support ticket into a void.
We're not going anywhere.
Reframe is built for the long haul. I'm building something I want to use for the rest of my career.
