About

Built by a therapist. For therapists.

I built Reframe because the marketing help available to other therapists was either generic, overpriced, or both. The visibility review exists because I needed one for my own practice first.Reframe Practice is a tool for licensed therapists, not a therapy clinic or counseling service.

What I won't do

How this stays honest.

01

No hard sell

No agency-style promises you cannot verify.

02

No lock-in

The copy and plan are yours, on your accounts.

03

No required monthly

The Setup is one-time. Anything ongoing is optional.

04

No compliance risk

Your licensing board rules are the floor.

By Jesse, Registered Psychotherapist.

Built inside the work, not from interviews about it.

I'm Jesse, a Registered Psychotherapist. I know the scramble before back-to-back sessions, the documentation pile-up at the end of the day, and the mental load of managing a full caseload while trying to have a life outside of work.

Most therapy software is built by tech people who interviewed some therapists. Most therapy marketing is built by agencies who never sat with a client. The difference shows up in the work.

When I couldn't find worksheets that actually fit my clients, I started building my own. Everything on TherapistAid felt generic, like forcing my client's experience into someone else's framework. That became Reframe's product side.

When I started fixing my own Psychology Today profile, Google listing, and homepage, other clinicians started asking how I did it. That became Reframe's services side. Same standard, same person, same first-principles question: what would I trust if a colleague handed it to me?

  • Private practice background
  • Built Reframe inside real clinical work
  • Same standard on the product and services sides
  • Bounded scope, no monthly retainer

Reframe is a small operation: just me, working with one therapist or one clinic at a time.

How most people find Reframe.

Most people find Reframe through one of two doors. Either you're a therapy practice owner trying to figure out why your visibility isn't producing inquiries, or you're a clinician looking for better-fit worksheets and faster progress notes.

The Practice Visibility Setup

Everything your practice needs to be found: Psychology Today, Google Business Profile, your website, directories. Written for you, in your voice, with every piece checked against the real limits and rules of each platform. The Essentials is $497 one-time, about an hour of pasting. The Complete Setup is $797 one-time: deeper market research, a strategy built around your practice, and my review of your profiles once they are live, plus the parts no kit can see. You still paste it in yourself either way.

One-time pricing, no monthly retainer. After setup, an optional $99 per month keeps it working. Cancel anytime, keep everything.

“Implementing your strategies is having a significant impact on a very short timeline.”

How I work, by what I won't do.

  • I won't hand you homework you cannot finish. The kit is about an hour of pasting, and if it does not show you at least three things you did not already know about your visibility, email me within 14 days for a full refund.
  • I won't pad the scope. You buy a one-time setup, you get a one-time setup.
  • I won't promise outcome numbers. Bounded scope, guarantee tied to the work delivered.
  • I won't lock you in. Everything I write is yours to keep, and anything optional is cancel anytime.
  • I won't recommend a fix without showing you the data behind it. Speculative findings get labeled speculative.
  • I won't draft anything that would put you in front of a board complaint. Your licensing rules are the floor (CRPO, APA, NASW, BBS, state boards, Nurse Practice Act, FTC 16 CFR Part 255).
  • I won't hand off your client data on the product side. Worksheets and notes are processed in memory with zero retention. Your clients' words never sit on a server.
