How I separate data from hypothesis from speculation

Every finding gets labeled.

HIGH confidence: what the data actually shows. Click-through rates by query, impression trends week over week, conversion-event funnels with N>30, intake-source attributions you have documented. Not interpretation. Numbers.

MEDIUM confidence: a strong hypothesis the data points toward but cannot prove. "Your GBP is producing most of your call volume but the calls are existing clients looking up directions, not new inquiries." Pattern is consistent; I have not validated it case-by-case.

LOW confidence (speculative): AI/AEO/algorithm-change interpretations the field has not nailed down yet. If a finding is speculative, it gets labeled speculative. You decide whether to act on it.

Who is this for?

A practice that already has real data on at least two of: Google Search Console, GA4, Psychology Today analytics, GBP Insights, intake source records. You already have functional Psychology Today + website + GBP infrastructure. You are not asking "build me visibility" — you are asking "tell me what is actually working." Pre-launch practices and brand-new practices do not qualify for the Diagnostic; start with the Foundation.

Who is this NOT for?

If your ask is "do the work for me," skip the Diagnostic and go to Foundation ($697) or Sprint ($1,497) directly. If you have no analytics setup at all, the Diagnostic has nothing to analyze — Foundation sets up the infrastructure first. If you are leaning Foundation or Sprint already, do not downsell yourself into a Diagnostic — buy the bigger tier directly. If you are a group practice (4+ clinicians) or multi-location, the $497 scope is too narrow — email hello@reframepractice.com about a clinic-wide visibility read ($3K–$5K range, by application).

What if I want to do more after?

The $497 credits toward Foundation ($697 → $200 additional), Sprint ($1,497 → $1,000 additional), or Build ($2,997 → $2,500 additional) if you move within 60 days of delivery. No double-pay. After 60 days the credit window closes; you can still buy the larger engagement at full price.

How long does this take?

5 to 9 days from payment to walkthrough call, assuming you respond promptly with access. Day 0: invoice paid, I send access-request email. Days 1-2: you grant access and send screenshots. Days 3-5: I synthesize findings and write the punch list. Days 5-7: walkthrough call (60 min, recording shared after). Days 7-9: 48-hour clarification window.

What access do you need from me?

Search Console user-grant. GA4 read-only access (or substitute with Search Console + your intake records if GA4 is not clean). Psychology Today dashboard screenshots (I send you the list of which screens). Google Business Profile Insights screenshots for every active GBP. Plus one short question about how you currently track intake source. About 30 minutes of your time, total.

Do you draft within my licensing board’s advertising rules?

Yes. The Diagnostic surfaces findings; you decide what to act on. Recommendations that would put you in front of a board complaint (testimonial language, outcome promises that violate FTC 16 CFR Part 255 or your state board) get flagged for your call. I will not recommend anything that crosses CRPO, APA, NASW, BBS, state board, or Nurse Practice Act lines.
