Where TherapySites fits
TherapySites sells website design and digital marketing plans built for therapists. On September 23, 2026, its pricing page listed a $199 one-time fee for website design with concierge onboarding, then six monthly plans, from Core at $69 (hosting, domain management, online scheduling, email accounts, and support) to Elite Plus at $336 (adding SEO, AI search optimization, social media, and reputation management). Add-ons run from $15 a month for secure email and forms up to $600 a month for Google Ads, and the site was advertising three free months of website hosting.
The honest pitch for this model: for a therapist just starting out, or running a small caseload where every recurring dollar counts, $69 a month is among the lowest published prices we have checked for a therapist website. A simple site that exists, loads, and lists your contact information is genuinely better than no site at all.

The honest limitations
The biggest one is ownership. Their FAQ says that if TherapySites buys your domain, TherapySites owns it and will transfer it to you for a small fee, and that content TherapySites provides stays theirs if you leave; you keep what you wrote yourself. If you want to be free to move later, use a domain you already own, or get the transfer terms in writing before you start.
Second, the terms depend on your service agreement. Their FAQ says billing is month to month with no lock-in, except promotions that require several months of service. Their Terms and Conditions, last updated July 20, 2026, say a 12-month minimum applies if your service agreement states one, fees are nonrefundable, and cancelling early still leaves you owing the rest of the agreement. Read the term in your service agreement before you sign, especially if you take a promotion.
Third, and this applies to every website vendor, not just this one: a website package assumes the website is the problem. For many therapists the bigger leak is a thin Psychology Today profile, a weak or missing Google Business Profile, or directory listings that point the wrong way. A budget site cannot fix any of those, and neither can an expensive one.
