You describe the session in plain language and most notes generate in a few seconds, so the time you get back is per note, on every note. Clinical generation does not save your text in Reframe’s main database. Library saves stay in your browser. Sharing is paused for now. Worksheets, session prep, and Thinking Partner are included, but you do not have to use them. Notes without a cap are reason enough.

Your written quote gives the exact work, total and any payment stages or continuing costs. Canadian practices receive the complete quote in CAD before purchase. Where is my work stored?

Saved library work stays in your browser. Progress notes, worksheets, session prep and Thinking Partner run on Amazon Web Services under Amazon’s Business Associate Agreement with Reframe, and Reframe does not store your session text on the server. Sharing is paused for now; links shared earlier were stored as encrypted copies on the server. Account and usage records are stored separately. See our Security page for the full boundaries.
