Practice Build is $2,997 at the founding rate (first 3 case-study-exchange pilot clients). After that, pricing moves to $3,997 (Phase 2) and $4,997 (Phase 3) as case studies accumulate. Edge-case projects beyond standard Practice Build scope (e-commerce, multi-location, group practice with multiple clinician profiles) are quoted case-by-case at $4,997+.
What is included in the $2,997?

When should I pick Practice Build vs Full Practice Sprint?

Practice Build is for clients with no existing site or whose existing site is genuinely unsalvageable. Full Practice Sprint ($1,497) is for clients who already have a working website and just need it optimized for SEO. Most practices should start with the Practice Foundation ($697) or Sprint ($1,497) before considering a full Build.
What about ongoing support?

Practice Build includes 6 months of Practice Hosting bundled (1 round of edits/mo + 3 GBP posts/mo + emergency response + Vercel hosting management), then auto-converts to $99/mo recurring on month 7. Cancel anytime, no penalty. The Monthly Retainer ($497/mo) is a separate higher-tier continuity offer for clients who want strategic work beyond maintenance.
How does the 50/50 payment work?

50% deposit ($1,498.50) at kickoff to lock in your build slot and start design. 50% balance ($1,498.50) at launch when the site goes live. There is a 7-day kickoff cooling-off period (deposit minus hours spent at $150/hr). After day 7, the deposit is non-refundable because real design work is in progress. The guarantees are delivery-deadline (6 weeks or $500 credit), iterate-until-met (I keep working until kickoff-defined scope is delivered), and 90-day SEO impressions + 1 new client guarantee. NOT a 30-day post-launch full refund (a custom site is not returnable after 40+ hours of work).
Do I own the site if I leave?

Yes. Code lives in a GitHub repository in your name from day one. Hosting is in your Vercel account. Domain is registered at your registrar. I have collaborator access only. If you ever leave, I transfer ownership of any account I have access to, write a README for your next developer, and provide 2 hours of free transition support. No asset release fees. No content held hostage. This is the structural opposite of Brighter Vision.
